HEAD CHEF WANTED
Ambitious, experienced and committed Head Chef required for busy city bar - Mary Janes, Tower Hill. (www.maryjanesbar.com)
Role entails overview of 3 kitchens across London, with daily hands on management of city Kitchen. (Monday-Friday only)

- Personable and reliable
- Team management and motivation
- Menu construction and development
- Creative in-put reference daily specials
- Supplier management and negotiation
- Full HACCAP and kitchen cleanliness accountability
- Recruitment, training and development of staff
- Full Stock and GP accountability and management
- Time management
- Hands on pass management and quality controll
- Able to cope with stress
- Fantastic people management and interaction
- Computer literate: Excel, word and email
- Perfectly fuent in both spoken and written English
